Hi, I’m on the €12.99 plan and would like to switch to the €10.99 plan, but the change membership option isn’t showing

I didn't think that you could switch back to the €10.99 plan once you switched to the €12.99 plan?

I can't find this clearly stated in the terms and conditions though.
