What exactly do you mean by "disconnected" and "reconnect"?
What exactly are the symptoms of the problem?
Any error messages on the phone or when you log into your My48 account?
When was it working ok last?
Did anything change in the meantime?
E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
When did you last buy a membership plan?
