Do you mean voicemail?

Call waiting for me is :
When I'm already in a conversation and somebody else try to call me .
I can't now that somebody try to call me ,and that somebody can't reach me with a phone call .

Ok, I understand.

Although this is for Three I tried it (*43# and Call) and it seems to enable it.

And #43# and Call to disable it.

Maybe you could try that?
