Got message saying active plan missing but want to continue

Got the msg today,that I were missing my active plan.I dont want missing it and pls continue the plan

Are you sure that the message is genuine and actually from 48?

What sort of message was it (phone notification, text message, email, WhatsApp etc.) and what exactly did it say?

It's up to you to renew your membership either manually or using auto-renewal.

Just log into your account and make sure that you buy a new membership using one of these methods.
