Hi l forgot my email address that I gave years ago when a got my 48 SIM card and now my plan is expired and a can’t renew my plan what can l do?

You mean that you can't log in because you don't remember the email address associated with your 48 account?

How did you log in here?

How have you been renewing membership before now?

If you don't know your email address for logging into your 48 account then you'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can help you recover or change it.
