Error with paying

I’ve tried countless times to buy a membership today and it just says error when I pay, I am a 48 customer for years
Any ideas on how to fix this? thanks !!

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan? 

Is your payment card still valid and not frozen via your online banking?
