What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase?
What exactly do you mean by "top up" and "credit"?
Membership plan? Cash credit? Add-on? Other?
What, if anything, is working at the moment - incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you'll need to describe/explain the problem that you're having in more detail.
What exactly is the problem?
What exactly do you mean by "top-up"?
Buy a membership plan? Add-ons? Cash credit?
What happens when you try to buy something?
Any error messages?
If you're using the app then try the web interface instead in case it makes any difference.
