Hi Sir,
Could you please deactivate my current plan because I used up all the data before the membership ends. I also bought the new membership but I couldn't get the new one without cancelling the current one.
Please do the needful

If you've used up the current plan's data allowance then you'll need to buy a data add-on to continue using data.
Membership plans always run their full monthly course before a new one can start.
