I am a member. I had automatic top up, my debit card expired. Entered new debit card details, but phone cut off.

I membership auto-renewal fails (e.g. as here - because the registered card details were no longer valid) then it will not try again until the next month even if you register corrected/updated card details.
Just manually buy a membership for this month using the new card details and auto-renewal will resume from next month.
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
