I need to speak to someone in customer care as I have accidentally paid for my 2 month’s membership

There is no customer care number.

All support is done online.

See the link in my signature below.

 

Bear in mind that if you buy more than one membership at once then additional ones will stack to kick in in sequence.

So you don't lose out.

 

In your case one membership will start immediately if you don't have an active membership and the second will stack and kick in in a month's time.
