Hi there. Can we use our remaining credit when our membership expires? I have a few quid left on my credit and want to know if I can use that up before I buy a new membership.

No - you need membership for any services to work.

Even services normally charged from your credit balance (e.g. MMS, international calls etc.) won't work unless you have an active membership.

And if you run out of mobile minutes can you still make calls, with the tariff taken from your credit?

No - you need to buy a mobile minutes add-on.

Only a subset of services ever get charged from your cash credit balance - e.g. international calls/texts, roaming incoming/outgoing calls (except where an EU roaming calls add-on is used), roaming outgoing texts (except where an EU roaming texts add-on is used), "special" calls (1850, 1890 etc.), MMS messages etc.

Everything else is covered by membership or add-on allowances.

My membership isnt up but i just topped up by 20e because i need internet what happens now

You need to buy an internet/data add-on.

Buying a new membership when you have used up current membership allowances but the current membership has not expired doesn't help.

No.
If you topped up your credit balance then it's there to pay for stuff.
If you mean that you bought Don membership then it has stacked to kick in when your current membership expires as explained in the links that I posted above.
