I cant top up. Keeps saying something went wrong. Tried two cards now. Not the first I have topped up on this card and not the first time I have seen this error. Cant be doing this every month

Is that literally the error?

"Something went wrong"?

How exactly are you trying to pay?

Using a registered card or entering the card details on demand?

Maybe try the one that you haven't tried?

Similarly if you're using the app maybe try the web interface or vice versa.
