My phone connection is cut despite paying my monthly subscription fee. How do I excalate and resolve the issue

What exactly do you mean by "disabled/cut"?
Do you still have a connection to the 48 network/signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens?
If you do have a network connection then does anything work - calls/texts/mobile data?
What happens when you try to use any of these services?
Any error messages?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
