No internet and calls. Even if bundle is active.

Hi,

I am having issues accessing internet and calls. It's shows bundle active even and also shows to buy plan at the same time. There is no way of contacting customer care. Such useless and frustrating

When were calls and data working ok for you last? 

What exactly do you mean by "bundle is active"?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Do texts work? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network and signal bars?
