You'll have to explain your issue/question/problem more clearly.
Your post doesn't really make sense.
What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments/purchases?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming plans?
