I'm the same... trying to talk via Web chat but they seem to be offline, even though they say to contact them between 9am and 9pm.

same here - 48 is a joke this year.. the app is not working either and no one on FB msg either... I am gonna leave them

Unfortunately the chat seems to come and go randomly.

Not appearing for me right now.
