Charged twice for the membership in July, not a new members

Just checked my bank and I see 2 executed transactions from 48 months of 10.99 . In my account I can only see Membership paid till August so they have charged me twice. I wonder hiw many people have been charged twice but didnt check their accounts. Has anybody had the same issue ?
