Trying to top up internet, card details correct, and money in account. Keeps saying problem with card. I need my internet back, thank you😥🔫

Oops there is a problem with your card please check your card or try again later. I updated card details to current debit card was on old one but always worked with old ccv number

Still wont work with new card details

Has the card been reissued/updated recently?

Are you absolultely sure that the card number and verification code are correct?

Has "verified by VISA" (or equivalent) beed enabled on the card?

Have you asked your bank/card issuer why the card might have problems for online payments?

Does it work on any other site?

 

Have you contacted 48 support for assistance as I suggested above?

Hi I'm having the same problem. Saying my card is invalid. I've tried 1000 times to enter it and I've contacted my back and everything is perfect on their side. I am trying to buy more membership

Apparently my card was blocked for 30 days from entering incorrect details, and you cant use any card for 30 days which makes no sense. It would help if the error message told you your account is blocked for 30 days. Only way around it is to buy a voucher and wait 30 days. Dont know why it cant be reset after contacting support.
