Im trying to buy for the last few hours and when I submit my payment details like normal, it says this error in red writing:
There has been an error submitting your payment
What is this issue? Can you please fix it or tell me what im supposed to do to get around this issue?

are people still getting the same problem? I can't top up and customer support are not helping me

I just tried a topup of €1 to my cash credit balance using my saved card details on the website (not t he app) and it worked this time for me.
If you're using the app then try the website instead or vice versa.
If you're using saved card details then try deleting them and re-registering them or try entering the card details when prompted even if they're already saved.
None of the above should be necessary but sometimes on route doesn't work while another does...
But there is some general issue with payment processing on the site alright - 48 support confirmed this to me a couple of days ago.
