What exactly are you trying to do, what goes wrong, any error messages etc.?
If you're trying to buy a membership plan and it's not working then please explain clearly what happens/goes wrong.
Is this your first membership plan or were things working before now?
When were things working ok last?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
