Can't move from €7.99 to €12.99 plan

Hi Folks,

 

I've been on the 7.99 plan for years now.

 

I'm trying to update to the 12.99 unlimited without success. It comes up with a technical fault. Please advise.

What do you mean by "technical fault"?

What is the exact error message? 

Are you using the app or the web interface? 

Maybe switch to the other method to see if that makes any difference? 

What happens if you use this link?
