Hello, I can’t change my plan, from 100g to 200

Why not? 

What happens when you try? 

Any error message?

Don't you see both the €7.99/100GB and €12.99/200GB/"All data" plans as options to buy here?

Bear in mind that if you buy a €12.99 plan then you will no longer be able to buy the €7.99 plan again thereafter.
