Can't buy plan - says I have one already but I don't

I am trying to top up but it saying i have a plan in place, which i dont because i need to renew it for this month, so it wont let me top up. It says i have €15 credit but I couldnt make a phone call. Can i used this €15 to top up with my new plan please

This issue seems to happen from time to time for some users for some reason that has never been explained by 48.

You'll have to contact 48 support in order to get them to look into and fix this for you. 

Cash credit on your account won't let you make calls - you need an active membership plan.

You should be able to use the cash credit to pay for a membership plan at checkout but you'll probably just get the same error when you try.
