Can't buy membership - "oops, something went wrong"

When I go to buy membership and payment is authorised keeps saying oops something went wrong we are working on a fix. This has been happening for a few days now. What's the problem?

There was a general/site-wide payment problem last week but it was fixed since then. 

Are you using the app or the website to try to make this purchase? 

Maybe try the other one in case it makes any difference. 

If not then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
