Membership purchase succeeded but no plan listed on account

Hi,

Today the payment didn't go thorough and said my bundle expired I tried to purchase the plan again but not going through. I added different card the payment said success but still don't see the plan under my account.

Did you get any error messages when trying to make a payment/purchase?

I presume that there's no active plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

For payment issues such as this you'll most likely have to contact 48 support for further assistance and to get the problems rectified.
