hi there,
I have joined up with 48 mobile I am trying to get a mobile plan, there is a problem with my bank at moment, I can`t make call or send texts.
Bank of Ireland said I should have my New Card On Monday or Tuesday

I'm not really sure what you're asking about/for here.
You simply won't be able to make calls, send texts or use mobile data (other than the free 1GB introductory allowance) until you buy a membership plan.
There's no way around that.
If you can't buy it with your own card maybe you can get a friend/family member to buy it for you and reimburse them?
If you can't do that then you'll have to wait until you get a working bank card and can buy a membership plan yourself.
In the meantime you will only be able to receive calls and texts and use the free introductory 1GB of data.
