Topped up but then told "no data"

I got topped up yesterday and all the sudden it's telling me I don't have any data left what's going on.

Is you renewed your membership and then received a message/notification that you had no data then it's almost certainly a mistake on 48's part that you can just ignore - especially if mobile data is still working ok for you.
