Hi I’m trying to buy a plan it won’t leave me

What happens when you try? 

Any error messages? 

Are you using the app or the web interface? 

Try switching from the app to the web interface or vice versa to see if that makes any difference. 

Try the web interface here: 

When were you last able to successfully buy a plan?

What do you mean? 

Problem with what? 

If you are experiencing some problem and want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain clearly what the issue is. 

E.g. what are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do or, what happens/goes wrong, any error, etc.?
