Can I get a refund of €10 credit I bought back into my acc.?

Hi,

 

Can I please get a refund of €10 credit I bought back into my bank account? I'd asked for this to be done and I have not seen any changes on my bank statements to indicate that this was followed up on.

I've since decided to change providers because:

  • My mobile was not able to work as in call out or send texts,
  • I could not get the type of help that I needed with retaining an old number, and
  • Verbal contact is not an option with 48 months.

 

I hope that this will be done with immediate effect. Thanks!

I have just topped up with 10 euro credit i bought and it won't let me pay for a membership

Does the €10 appear on your account's cash credit balance?
How much is your cash credit balance?
What membership are you trying to buy?
How are you trying to buy membership?
By text, using the app, using the website?
Did you try a different method?
What happens when you try?
Any error messages?
