Good day!
This is Jesusa Victoria de Larrazabal, I would like to ask if I can have the invoice pertaining to my plan, needed for my some personal reasons.
I would like to ask if it is possible to put my whole name as well as the address that I am currently into.
I am hoping for your kind consideration

Invoices are available from your Transactions page using the download link to the right of each transaction listed:
However these invoices don't include a postal address or maybe one's full name.
If you need those details on an invoice then you'll probably have to contact 48 support and ask them if they can oblige.

I have the same dilemma right now. Did they provide you any invoice with you address on?

I'm pretty sure that 48 don't provide invoices with the user's name and address.
Certainly the ones available for download from the Transactions page only have the user's email address and phone number:
If you need a bill for use as proof of name and address then I don't think that the 48 ones are going to be of any use.
But you can contact 48 support yourself and ask them if they can provide an invoice that includes your address.
