Forgot email to log into My48 to check on gifted plan

Hi my son got gifted a man but hasn topped up on hos phone and we can’t remember the email or password for his 48 account see where it went is there other way to find out where the plan is

Maybe his current plan hasn't expired yet and the gifted plan is stacked on his account to kick in when the current one eventually expires? 

You'll only really be able to clarify if you can log into the My48 account. 

And to do that you at least need the email address used as the username after which you can reset the password.

If you don't know the address then you'll probably have to contact 48 support to see if the cash assist but I don't know if they can give out emails addresses for accounts when they are mislaid/forgotten.

Edit: I don't know if these short codes are of any use to infer the status of the current membership plan on the absence of being able to log into his My48 account? 

E.g. dialling *100*2# and pressing the call button it will tell you what date the current membership plan runs until.

Were 48 able to give you the email address for logging in or did you find it elsewhere?
