Not long ago I started to get strange emails from donotreply@48.ie
With subject: CONTRACT REMINDER: EU/UK data roaming allowance update
Do I have to do anything?
When I look into
https://www.48.ie/my48
https://www.48.ie/my48/settings
Nothing indicates, that a decision needs to be made.
Did you also get an email with subject CONTRACT CHANGE REMINDER or Notification of contract change?

There was an email this week about changes (increases) to the EU/UK roaming data allowances.
You don't have to do anything.
There was another one about imminent changes to communications from 48.
You don't need to do anything about that either.
What's strange about that and what in the emails is confusing you?
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

The price tag was the weird thing. At the moment I pay nothing for EU/UK Data Roaming.
It is included in the plan.
In the email it sounded like 48.ie wanted to charge money for it.
Then there were links pointing to m5z0lj9r.r.eu-west-1.awstrack.me - who wants to be tracked by Amazon.

What price tag thing are you referring to?
The email simply informed users that the EU/UK roaming data allowance was increasing.
This is a change to the terms and conditions of the plan so they are obliged to inform users.
Even if it's giving them something extra for no extra charge.
If you don't like such emails then maybe just delete them without reading them.
If you don't like being tracked by links then don't click on them.
I didn't really see what the issue is.
But if you still have a problem or any confusion then maybe contact 48 support for further assistance.
