You mean that it doesn't show on your Buy Plan or Transactions pages:
Are you sure that the payment went through OK?
Remember that a newly purchased membership will not start immediately if a current membership is still in place and has not yet run its full monthly course. In that case the new membership will stack on your account to kick in when the current one expires.
If you are sure that the payment went through OK but the membership is not showing on your account then you'll probably need to contact 48 support to get them to look into this.
