My membership didn't update after paying for it days be 4 hand

What exactly does this mean? Did you buy your new plan a few days before the current one is due to expire?

If you still have a few days left on your current membership then the new one will not start immediately but will stack on your account to kick in when the current one eventually expires. 

Membership plans always run their full monthly course and if you use up membership plan allowances before the month is up then you need to buy an add-on (or use Flexi Data for data) to continue using the relevant services: 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list the newly purchased membership plan as an upcoming plan?
