Bought new membership but it doesn't seem to have started

I just recharged my phone number with the 10.99 euro package
The money was deducted and I cannot seem to have the updated package
Please can you look into it

Maybe you still have an active membership that hasn't expired yet so the new membership has stacked on your account to kick in when the current membership eventually expires?

In such circumstances buying a new membership doesn't terminate the existing membership plan prematurely and start the new one immediately.

If you have used to membership plan allowances before the end of the membership month then you need to buy add-ons in order to continue using the relevant services. Buying a new membership plan doesn't help.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiration date?

Does your Transactions page list any upcoming membership plan?

If it does then that's probably the plan that you just bought.
