Did you mean to post more info about this issue to allow the Community Forum to provide advice?

Is this your first membership or have you had working membership plans before this?

What is your current membership status as stated on your My48 account Dashboard?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?

Are you having problems buying a membership?

If so then what happens?

Any error messages?
