Hi can you please help me as I topped up my phone with money withdrawing from account but there’s a “bundle in progress”. What does this mean?

This seems to happen to some users from time to time for some reason that has never been explained.
You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to rectify this situation.

If you're getting that error then you'll need to contact 48 support to get the problem rectified.
Just waiting isn't going to help.
