App and website errors

I'm getting errors on the app and website while trying to renew my plan. Anybody else experiencing same?

What are the errors?
The app and website seem to be working fine for me although I haven't gone through the membership plan purchasing process so maybe problems only arise there?
If the errors persist then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
