Has anyone gotten any update on the auto renewal other than the poor customer service response

In the last 30 mins my app has started showing that I do have a membership again but still no data or texts. The fact that I can even see the app means I have some sort of connectivity so I have no clue why they haven't just reconnected our accounts.
