In the last 30 mins my app has started showing that I do have a membership again but still no data or texts. The fact that I can even see the app means I have some sort of connectivity so I have no clue why they haven't just reconnected our accounts....
support was no help. they are saying that it is a technical issue and that it could take 24 working hours to fix. Meanwhile we are left with no communication service, even though the money was taken. Their service is still working for other customers...
