That link to customer care doesn't work. I can't get through to anyone that can solve the problem. The Add-On has still not been applied to my credit balance. I need to make an international call ASAP. Credit my account the €3 that I paid 2 days ago or I will be forced to make a complaint to ComReg. Multiple links on the website don't work, and I can see from reading threads that topping up and add-ons aren't being applied in some cases (or greatly delayed).
