Buy a membership plan?
What happens when you try?
What is the exact error message?
Can you still call and text?
If you have used up your membership data allowance before the membership monthly period has elapsed then you need to buy a data add-on on order to continue using data for the rest of the membership month:

Does the same problem occur if you try the app instead of the website - or vice versa?
Or a different device/browser?
