A problem with my membership

I am trying to join any membership but the app and the online website say there is a service problem and now I can't use the internet on my phone and I really really need it.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Buy a membership plan?

What happens when you try?

What is the exact error message?

Can you still call and text?

It says service is unavailable Everytime I try to buy a plan

Does the same problem occur if you try the app instead of the website - or vice versa?

Or a different device/browser?
