€7.99 renew option removed when credit card didn’t process

I need help.
I have the original €7.99 offer a got a message that my credit failed to work.
When I put in new credit card details it won’t offer me the original €7.99 offer I had.

Can someone help.

The point I was trying to make was I am now been asked to pay €12.99 when I was paying €7.99 on a life time deal.
My credit card payment didn’t go through and I am now unable to renew at my original price.


Hi Derek,

Your membership ran out and you’re not getting your data allowance anymore. That’s OK, just get another membership to keep it going.

And if you tick auto-renew this time you won’t get any more reminders like this one. Promise 😉
