I tried to login and activate my new sim but,it keeps disappearing the message to put the 6 digit code for activation.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

What exactly do you mean?
Do you mean that this option on the form disappears so you cannot activate your SIM?
Can you try another browser/device in case that makes any difference?
