Why doesn't the support chat option appear?

I have been advised by email to go to "My48 using website>>Select option Need Help>> Get support>> Then select the messaging icon to initiate chat>>"

I can not find any messaging icon.  Can someone post a screenshot please for this elusive Icon. 

Have found the X, Facebook Instagram icons OK.  And sent msg on Fbook and instagram

It's completely hit and miss in my experience. 

In fact I haven't been able to see it using any device, browser or internet connection for a long time. 

I've reported it to 48 support several times to no avail. 

So I just use email if I need to contact 48 support.

The last link includes a phone number that's supposed to be for complaints but others have used it to contact general support.
