My number has been Snoofed for sure because I keep getting calls from people saying I gave them a missed call.
I've had this number for more than 10 years and I don't want to change it, is there anyway to report my number?
The support only suggest you to report in Garda.

This is a common problem on all networks - e.g. see here:

There's nothing that can be done other than following the ComReg advice:

There's no need to change your number just because this happens.

They will probably stop using your number soon enough and move onto others.
