What do you mean by "charged 3 times for the same number"?

Perhaps you inadvertently bought three membership plans in one go and they are all on your account now?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
