What happens when you try to make a call when at home?
Any error messages?
Does it make any difference if you disable WiFi and mobile data before trying to make a call?
What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you?
Does it go to voicemail or do they get any error messages?
When at home can you send/receive texts, use mobile data?
When at home do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Could it be the the signal is simply blocked when at home?
This may happen in certain buildings depending on the construction and layout.
When were you able to make calls when at home last?
Did anything change since then?
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
