I have an iPhone 16 and am on monthly payment plan €12.99 per month my location is 5G enabled but yet my phone is only shows 4G how do I ensure it opens in 5G

Unable to use data only calls and texts via messages

I am unable to change the select problem to phone or data anymore, but I havent been able to use my data outside, I cant use the internet except calling people via the phone app. I pay full prices for all text all calls and mobile data subscription
