You'll need to explain the issue more clearly.
If you're on the €12.99 membership plan then that comes with unlimited Irish mobile data so you can't run out.
Do you have an active membership plan?
Are calls and texts working ok?
When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
